Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans
We send in insurance claims for you! Our in-house billing makes submitting your claims more efficient and accurate. We gladly accept most health insurances. The list below consists of only a few of the many insurances we accept. Please call our office if you don’t see yours listed.
Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and are worried about the high costs charged by many other clinics need not worry. Ask us about our highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans that allow you and your family access to high-quality care. If this is your first visit, we have a new patient special of either $99 or a free consultation. We also offer a time-of-service discount. We will take $10 off any adjustment after your first if you bring two cans of food. Those cans of food are donated year-round to many local food drives. Some of those include Eagle River Food Drive and Frontline Mission.
